• "Bonus Funds"

  Any promotional credit, free spins value, or non-cash incentive credited to a User's account as part of an offer or promotion.

• "Wagering Requirement"

  The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings become withdrawable as real-money funds.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction"

  Any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or our internal policy.

You must satisfy all of the following conditions before registering a 3kbet account and at all times while your account is active.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. 3kbet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are not legally permitted to enter contracts where you reside, you may not use the Platform.
• Not a Prohibited Jurisdiction: You must not be located in or resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law. Users who circumvent geographic restrictions via VPN or proxy do so at their own risk and may have their accounts terminated without notice.
• Single Account Only: Each User is permitted one 3kbet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a shared device, or a shared payment method — breaches these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.

Account Registration

Opening and Managing Your Account

To access betting markets, casino games, and the cashier, you must register a 3kbet account by providing accurate and complete personal information. The registration process is straightforward and does not require document upload at the point of sign-up.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number at registration. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms. 3kbet may verify the information you provide at any time and may close any account where it cannot be confirmed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password. 3kbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials adequately.
• KYC Verification: 3kbet may at any time request that you verify your identity, age, or payment method before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.
• Account Closure: You may close your 3kbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.
• Inactive Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 3kbet will contact you via your registered mobile number before applying inactivity restrictions, with reasonable notice before any balance is affected.

Payments

Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on 3kbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all financial activity on your account. 3kbet may update payment limits and supported methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and by bank card (Visa or Mastercard) for eligible users. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Withdrawal Verification: 3kbet may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to confirm ownership of your registered mobile number or payment account before funds are released.
• Funds Ownership: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 3kbet does not accept third-party deposits. Where third-party funding is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3kbet does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion needed for an international card transaction is the User's responsibility and may incur charges from your card issuer.

Bonuses

Bonus and Promotion Terms

3kbet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement for each offer will be stated clearly in the offer terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. If you wish to opt out of a bonus before the wagering requirement is met, contact our support team. Opting out results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any exploitative pattern of play — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and any balances forfeited.
• Expiry: All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry period from the date they are credited. The applicable expiry period will be stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds and free spins cannot be reinstated.
• Right to Modify: 3kbet reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and met the entry requirements will be honoured for the stated reward at the time of opt-in.

Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct Policy

3kbet is committed to a fair, secure, and transparent environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage — including registration, KYC verification, or when contacting support — constitutes fraud. 3kbet may refer fraudulent activity to law enforcement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, or soft play in live casino — is prohibited.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or Platform errors to gain an advantage is prohibited. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error may be voided at 3kbet's sole discretion. Users are encouraged to report bugs to [email protected].
• Money Laundering: The Platform must not be used for any money laundering purpose. 3kbet applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all accounts. Suspicious activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the account suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without real-time human input is prohibited. 3kbet reserves the right to void bets placed through automated means and to close the associated account.

• Deposit Limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request self-exclusion for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion the account is locked and cannot be used to bet or access the cashier. Permanent exclusions result in account closure and return of verified balances.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 3kbet Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 3kbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3kbet's liability in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

• Service Interruptions: 3kbet does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for losses incurred due to Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including failures in third-party payment networks.
• Third-Party Game Content: Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by third-party game providers. 3kbet is not liable for the outcome of any individual game session. All games are provided by reputable studios and are subject to the providers' own fairness certifications.
• User Decisions: 3kbet is not responsible for losses arising from the User's decision to place bets, including decisions based on odds, statistics, or game results displayed on the Platform. Betting involves risk, and assessing that risk before wagering is the User's sole responsibility.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms

3kbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active users via their registered mobile number and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised last-updated date.

Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method following closure.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. 3kbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve any User dispute informally in the first instance.
